My Wish for 2018…….

Well, Hello 2018!!! I will welcome you with open arms!

First, I want to bid a fond farewell to 2017. This past year has been one for the books. iCrave had the best sales of all years combined. We have the #1 Selling Necklace on Etsy.  I will be honest and tell you that I still have to look in the mirror and say “How did this happen?”! Even though, I know deep down inside how it did. That old saying “Hard work pays off” it is VERY TRUE!! Since the first day I wore something I created and got a ton of compliments, my gut told me that I had something and I NEEDED TO RUN WITH IT!

I have said it before and I will continue to say it, I only create what I would wear. I understand Crave Girls, because I am one of you! We are all kind, fun, non-chalant, hard working, ambitious, loving, laid back and know how to have a good time! I have met many of you over the years and I wish I could move us all into the Crave Cave and drink wine and talk clothing & JEWELRY, trade clothes and have sleepovers! Our husbands and boyfriends can live across the street LOL…

SO my wish for 2018 is…

To continue to create jewels that bring you joy and make you feel gorgeous even on those days that we all feel like we would rather take a bath with a LUSH Bath Bomb, lay in bed and shut the door. Put that Crave Necklace on… It always makes me feel better!

Start my blog and make it a point to do posts 2x a week! I am a shopper & I am always looking for the best bargain or the cutest items to jazz up my wardrobe! I want to share my finds with you!

Go and meet people! I have mentioned before but Andrew and I have lived in 5 different states in 6 years. I have lived in Florida for 2 years and haven’t made an effort to meet new people, I will be honest, it gets lonely and makes me miss my friends from home! The older we get it is harder to make new friends.. but I am making an effort to go out and introduce my fabulous self to new girlfriends!

Drink more water!

Eat healthier, Goodbye HotPockets!

Watch less Dateline and more Forensic Files.

Surprise my family ONCE in Boston this year! I am horrible with surprises!

Travel this beautiful country, I am lucky I have a partner that enjoys it just as much I do!

Just be grateful! Any one can sit and wish they had this or that, I miss being around all my friends and feeling at home, but I would rather look at it as how many people can say they have lived in as many places as we have! Life is precious, fragile and ohhh so sweet!

Wishing every single one of you the most beautiful, safe and sparkling New Year! I will be getting dinner by the ocean & then ringing in the New Year with Andy and Anderson! I love you all lots! Cheers to lots more sparkling jewelry and even more COMPLIMENTS!!!!!!

Xx, Erin

25 Things You Didn’t Know About Me

Here we go!

  1. 6 years ago I worked in a restaurant in Bostons North End. I met some of my closest friends in that neighborhood. I also met Andrew there! I will share “Our Story” someday! It’s cute & romantic ❤️
  2. I “loathe” (hates a strong word) the look and sound of styrofoam. Just the thought of it makes my skin crawl.
  3. I store candy in my nightstand. On a nightly basis you can find gummies and starburst.
  4. I love being cozy.
  5. My grandmother collected coats. She had close to 100 of them. I credit her & my mother for introducing me to my love of fashion & design.
  6. My neice Quinn is the most beautiful little girl I’ve ever seen. She brings us so much joy! I go back and forth with wanting her to stay a baby forever & excited to see her grow and concur the world.
  7. I worked for the Ritz Carlton right out of college and met a TON of celebrities. Some were genuinely nice & most were weird.
  8. I’ve owned 2 pairs of sneakers my whole life. They are ONLY for the gym.
  9. So far, other than my 5 years with Andrew. The best year of my life has been my first year of college!
  10. I broke my foot last year doing a cannonball on Andrew in a pool. It’s never a dull moment!
  11. It used to take me forever to make a decision. Now I just go with my first thought and deal with it. It’s been working for me.
  12. I would rather carry 18 bags into the house. Than make two trips.
  13. I hate heights but I LOVE to fly! The feeling of getting away and seeing a new or old place. Hands down one of the best feelings in the world.
  14. My favorite show of all time is Mad Men
  15. Charleston, SC has a special place in my heart and our plan is to retire there someday!
  16. I can’t stand umbrellas. I would rather get soaking wet than carry one!
  17. Andrew is seriously the most amazing person I’ve ever known. He’s kind, hard worker and a genuinely happy content person. I am so blessed to call him my husband.
  18. I could eat sushi or pizza every day for the rest of my life and be happy!
  19. I love girl time! There is no better feeling than getting together with your girlfriends and laughing. Now that I live 1,300 miles away from my closest friends. It makes my time with them so precious. Every single one of them whether we’ve been friends since kindergarten or last year. They are all beautiful and special in their own way and I truly love them to pieces!
  20. My mother is still and will always be the best shopping buddy I could ever have. Maybe it’s because she tells me I look good in everything, but if I can’t shop with her. I would rather shop alone!
  21. I truly believe age is nothing but a number. I know people in their early twenties who act older than my 72 year old friends! Life’s too short!
  22. I was born on St. Patrick’s Day, a month early! It just so happens that my name was picked out before. How fitting! ?
  23. I’m a night owl & I am more creative at night. Ideas for jewels come alive in the wee hours of the morning.
  24. I recently started going to the gym & I’m surprised by how much I LOVE IT. I thought the walls would fall down when I walked in. It’s been really good, obviously for health purposes but my overall well being. I just feel better everyday
  25. When I was 23 I went back to school to be a court stenographer. I realized after a year that I don’t have the patience to sit in a court room and listen to someone lying about a crime they “probably” committed. I don’t regret going or leaving. It’s all a life lesson
  26. BONUS FACT: I love creating jewelry and there is no better feeling than knowing that a piece I design makes you feel beautiful. I have heard so many beautiful stories from crave girls all over the world. I love each and everyone of you! Thank you for making Crave even more beautiful just by wearing it?

What are some random facts about you?! Would love to hear!
